When I was 34 years old, I had a heart attack and spent five days in the hospital. With three kids between the ages of 2 and 13 years of age, I had begun a challenging journey. For 18 months, I experienced mysterious, daily chest pains. Determined to find answers, I was seen by 6 or 7 specialists before finding a top Cardiologist specializing in Women’s health.
I received a diagnosis of Vaso-Spastic Angina and gave me some information on how to best live my life. I decided that I need more than settling just to live and set out to start a business that would help others going through a difficult time.
There were a lot of ups and downs as I learned to live life differently. The good that came was: I built an international podcast, overcome anxiety and learned how to manage stress. I became a better Mom, and my close friendships grew stronger.
Earl Nightingale said we must first define what success means to us and described it as, “The progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal.”
My goals changed, and I realized how much I had missed. I decided to become a certified life coach inspired by people I interviewed on the Podcast. Today I help moms and entrepreneurs live lives they love, sleep better, improve their mindset and experience less stress and anxiety.
